• Our contract can be completed per semester. (Winter and Summer semester)

• Minimum rental period of 6 months.

​​

• Students who want to leave the room before the contract expires, would need to find a new tenant. For this, if you contact us, we would also like to help find a new tenant.

 

• Proof of enrollment certificate and liability insurance are required.

​

• Handing over the room key is only possible after the deposit has been received.

​​

 

• Check -in, -out  and viewing the room are possible from Monday to Friday between 09.00 o'clock to 16.00 o'clock and on Saturday between 09.00 o'clock to 13.00 o'clock after previous appointment arrangement. Outside these times and on public holidays, a service charge of 30 € will be charged.

​​

• The rent includes all utilities. Broadcasting fee (GEZ) and the basic fee for garbage from the district office, are not utility costs and must be paid by the renter.

​​

• After expiry of the tenancy and excerpt, the tenant must log out of the city administration.
